† This is a voluntary contribution to a charitable foundation to support benevolent, educational, civic or research activities in the Fort Worth community. Unless otherwise designated, the first $25 of your contribution goes to current programs determined by the board. The balance of your contribution becomes permanent capital of the Endowment Fund of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth, and only the income from this fund is used for charitable purposes described above. The entire amount of your contribution to the Endowment Fund is deductible as a charitable contribution.
†This is a voluntary contribution to the Rotary Children’s Fund, which supports benevolent, charitable, educational,
and research undertakings that benefit Tarrant County children. In its 47 years of existence, the Rotary Children’s Fund has donated more than $554,000 to dozens of Tarrant
County children’s organizations. Please help us continue this tradition of service. Direct contributions to the Children’sFund are deductible as charitable contributions.
According to Article V of the Club’s By-Laws, if dues are not paid by August 15, 2010 your membership will automatically be terminated. Any dues received after this date will require action by the Board of Directors and a $100 reinstatement fee.
