
Rotary Children’s Fund
The Rotary Children’s Fund of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth is
dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. The Fund provides
support to benevolent, charitable and research undertakings of nonprofit
agencies with particular emphasis directed at the medical, educational
or other needs of low-income children in Tarrant County.
The Fund concentrates on assisting worthy organizations through capital
equipment, general operating or expansion of programs for qualifying
agencies.
Since its creation in 1960 as a nonprofit corporation, the Children’s
Fund has donated more than $500,000 to dozens of Tarrant County children’s
organizations.
Endowment Fund of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth, Inc.
The Endowment Fund of the Rotary Club of Fort Worth, Inc. was created
in 1982 to enhance the club’s potential for service above self.
Grants from the Endowment Fund are to be distributed to organizations
to be used for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes.
Since its inception in 1982, the Endowment Fund has donated more than
$330,000 to dozens of Tarrant County organizations.
In order for organizations to receive grants from either fund, they
must qualify under section 501©(3) or other appropriate sections
of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
